How to restore from a backup
The downloaded JSON preserves every field exactly as stored, including nested arrays and Markdown content. To re-import, contact Base44 support or ask the Digital Archivist to build an import function that reads the JSON file and uses bulkCreate to repopulate each entity. Keep your backup files in a safe location (cloud storage, external drive) separate from the app itself.
