Directory Ingestion

Upload a scanned city directory (PDF or image). The system OCRs it (auto-splitting large PDFs), then Claude parses every readable resident and business listing into structured directory entries. Listings it can't read are skipped and counted — nothing is guessed. All extracted entries land in pending review for you to approve before they appear publicly.
