By submitting to the Butler County Family Archive, you grant Historic Poplar Bluff (operated by Ozark Riverways Crafts & Gifts, LLC) a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to preserve, transcribe, display, and share the materials and information you provide as part of this community history archive. You confirm that you have the right to share these materials and any information about the individuals described.
Our policy is to restrict details about possibly-living individuals and exact dates within the last 50 years by default. However, if you choose to provide and explicitly authorize us to publish specific details, you accept that those details may become publicly visible. Historic Poplar Bluff is not liable if details you have chosen to share and authorized for publication become public, even if that publication occurs beyond what you originally intended. You may request removal of a submission at any time, though we cannot guarantee removal of information already incorporated into the archive.
